Loft experience in the forest

The family wanted a loft experience in the forest. What is a loft? A loft was originally a dwelling in a former warehouse or factory. In Soho, New York, lofts were affordable homes and favoured by artists. Now 'loft' is being used as an expression for living in an open plan: big open spaces with heigh ceilings. We designed a living area which has the grandeur of one big open space, heigh ceilings and the intimicy of small places. The fireplaces at the lounge and dining area were added for cozy family and friend gatherings.
